Antique Webster~Maple leaf~Glass insert Silver Milk cream syrup pitcher creamer
This week we have this very rare antique(circa 1860's-1870's Signed Webster Mft Quadruple plate pitcher with glass swirl insert. The insert is nice thick glass with both frosted and crystal clear swirls as you can see. The silver plate needs cleaning and the silver base has a few rough places. The piece measures 6 3/4" tall x 5" This is an interesting piece in that the flower on the back holds the glass insert in place. The way to remove the insert is to turn the glass portion to the left or right where the glass dips down and turn up the silver flower. Antique Towle’s Log Cabin Maple Syrup Hexagon Shaped Bottle Recent garage sale find. Not sure if it’s rare or not since I was unable to find it anywhere on the internet and don’t have the books or experience to know either way. Embosed words on side of the bottle say Towle’s Log Cabin Maple Syrup and on the bottom of bottle is the letter M in a circle. That is all the markings it shows. I'm guessing it was probably made in the USA but you experts out there will surely know just by looking at it. The bottle in real life shows a hint of light purple tint from age and it has no chips. Cracks or damage so it will clean up nicely as it’s a bit dirty inside right now so I’ll leave that up to the new owner to do if it sells. Also shows lots of factory bubbles in the glass which leads me to believe this bottle is very old maybe early 1900s? You ... moredecide. These have been used because you can smell a slight maple scent when you remove the screw type lid. They are never the less clean with no rust or dents. The graphics are men busy among the maple trees in the early spring collecting syrup with horses with a covered bridge in the background. You can reuse for syrup or display in a vintage or rustic kitchen. They are like pieces of art work.

Austin, Nichols, what looks like Cincinatti but I'm not sure as the end is missing) The odd thing about it is that, in the center of the label, is a small medical symbol, the circle with a snake on a winged staff and the letters A N C O surrounding it. This is a vintage Tupperware Sweet Saver container with pour spout in very good used condition. The outside of the container has minor scuffing and a 1/4" scratch from use or storage but the container itself is very clean. The lid has the Tupper seal#641-8. The cap over the spout is#642-1, the container itself is#640-6, about 5 3/4" tall not including the spout. Thanks for looking! Vintage paint by number painting of a winter scene. It is of farmers gathering Maple syrup with a team of horses and a sled. The scenry is of mountains and trees some with leaves and snow on the branches. Snow covers the ground. Sky is blue with clouds. Beautiful bright colors. Frame is wood and has some detailing. There is a small patch of missing gold on the frame. The back is covered in paper and is torn in some spots with some staining on the paper. There is a hanging wire. Antique Maple Syrup Advertising Sign North Georgetown OH 1920s
Here is an old home made advertising sign for maple syrup that is a great piece of Americana. The label on the front is from Wang& Greeneisen and indicates they were in business in North Georgetown. OH- about 10 miles SE of Alliance. It is 25 1/2 inches long and 11 1/2 inches high and has the original harward on top. One side is in better condition than the other. The person I bought it from indicated Wang was his grandfather. A quick Google search indicated E.C. Wang and E.H. Greeneisen were in business together in 1922 in North Georgetown, OH, and both last names appear in various local publications.
