This air-conditioner was removed during a remodeling of an medical office with the intensions to re-install it. Plans were later changed. The contractor who removed it told me that the Freon was pumped down and was still contained within the unit. I don’t know how old it is but it looks nearly new. It is a model CKL 36-1E and the local AC guy told me it was rated at almost 3 ton. Note this is an air-conditioner only and does not contain any way to supply heat. I guarantee it to be good.
