Carrier AC unit 2 Ton 10 yr. warranty, almost unused
2 ton. 13 SEER Carrier Puron unit, installed for six months and virtually unused during that time. We were attempting to use floor heat in the basement of a split-level remodeled house, and bought this unit to supply any needed cooling in summer. With the upstairs unit cooling and the air flowing down, this unit almost never had to even kick on. The floor heat did not work out, so we got a Carrier Greenspeed for the whole house, and don't need this unit now. This has a 10 year warranty on parts and is being stored by our local Carrier HVAC guy. In perfect condition! Get cool!

Was moving a client and they worked for a carrier installation company. This was a demo unit that was used for less than a week according to my client. He was going to install on his house to upgrade his current AC unit but the home sold before completing the task. Not sure of the unit specifics. If you have the ability you can test the unit before we exchange. This is what I do know.2 stage unit for high efficiency. The condition is great but does show signs of being stored outside on the top decal. The unit new was 3-4k. Was going to be installed on a 3500 sq ft home. Used Copeland Compressor CR22K6-PFV-370 Single Phase Sealed With Nitrogen!
Used CR22K6-PFV-370 Copeland comprssor. This compressor is used but I can assure you that it will operate perfectly when you install it. It was removed from a unit that was smashed by falling snow and I removed the compressor and silver soldered the lines shut. I then pulled a vacuum on the comprssor and then added a small nitrogen charge(10 PSI) to it to prevent any moisture from getting in. The air conditioner was on a regular maintanence program which shows that it was not"beat to death" I did install new compressor terminal leads because one of the terminals was a little rusty and I want to make sure that everything goes smoothly when you intstall it. You do not have to worry about the rust.It happens all the time. All you have to do is crimp the new leads to your old ones and heat up the shrink wrap to seal the connectors together. ... moreI took a picture of the new leads to show them to you. Because of the nature of compressors and the many of things in a system that can"kill" a compressors there is not warranty on this unit, but again, I can assure you that this is in perfect condition and it will operate fine when you get it. Currently over store items listed. 1455 This is winning buyer's choice of ONE of 2 units. This is a large unit. It is about 23' long and 9' wide by 7' tall. It is designed to circulate the air in a building and filter and condition the air. There is a very large multi-layer copper tube and aluminum fin heat exchanger coil unit that will heat or cool the air depending on the temperature of the liquid pumped through the coil relative to the air temperature blow past it. There is a 20 hp centrifugal fan plug blower built into this unit to move the air. The following seems to be the factory website but we have not found information specific to this unit. Looks like this is model CSU-20K-H-24 made ... morein September of 2000. The BTU/HR rating shown above makes no sense to us as the size of this unit and the flow rates mean many tons of cooling. Note there are a couple of Magnehelic type air pressure gauges installed. The one below is calibrated to give a reading of airflow in CFM and FPM. The image above shows the initial compartment with the air filters to the right. The image below is looking in the next compartment. Just to the right of the filters in the image above. Here we see the back face of the really big heat exchanger coil. The image above is a close view of the aluminum fin and copper tube heat exchanger coil. The image below shows the liquid out pipe. It is about 3" diameter. Even though the placard says 50 gpm, this could clearly run a lot more fluid rate than that. To the right of the heat exchanger coil are sound absorbing units. Here I have a 2010 Whaley"SA10-3-2PT" 10 ton air cooled roll around chiller. Just pulled from production running very well. We did pull the pump to process off because we needed it for something else. Most people will need to spec out their own size pump anyways for your demand needs. It does still have the recirculation pump still for the condenser. It comes with its own internal tank. It has been a very good unit. Not very old either. We bought it new. I have the manual as well. Used Copeland Compressor ZR38KA-PFV-130 208/230 Single Phase Runs Perfect!!!
Used Copeland ZR38KA-PFV-130 compressor. This compressor is used but I can assure you that it will operate perfectly when you install it. It was removed from a unit that was smashed by falling snow and I removed the compressor and silver soldered the lines shut. I then pulled a vacuum on the comprssor and then added a small nitrogen charge to it to prevent any moisture from getting in. The air conditioner was on a regular maintanence program which shows that it was not"beat to death" The box will come with the wiring harness. The run capacitor and the crank case heater that is already mounted on the bottom. Because of the nature of compressors and the many of things in a system that can"kill" a compressors there is not warranty on this unit, but again, I can assure you that this is in perfect condition and it will operate ... morefine when you get it. It will give you many years of service. Paypal only. Shipping to the lower 48 states is $50.00 because this is a fairly heavy item. It will be packaged well.
