We used it to cool a 2300 square foot showroom with two full walls of 8-foot tall windows. The only reason we replaced this unit is because we put on a new roof. And decided to freshen up the A/C unit at the same time. This is a complete unit. With evaporator/condenser/blower/compressor that runs on three-phase power. You won’t need to purchase a separate evaporator and air handler. Like the heat pumps require. This one has all that in one unit. Just plug it in to your ducting and go. The main case is ok. But the ducting portion of ours got a bit bent up on removal, it could be straightened or more likely you would hook up to your own ducting. Weused this unit to cool our network room for a couple years but when we ran adedicated built in AC line the MovinCool Unit was demoted as a backup. It veryrarely gets use since then so we decided to part with it. We installed a pumpso that the unit can be semi permanent. Thepump moves the condensate water from the reservoir out to a water pipe we had installedso we would not have to empty the reservoir on a daily basis, the unit alsocomes with the reservoir tank so you have the option to run it however suitsyour needs. The unit cooled a medium sized roomwith 8 servers and various other heat generating equipment that ran 24/7 and itkept the room a steady 71 degrees at all times. 24.000 BTU is some ... moreserioushorse power, it has the capability of cooling large rooms up to 750 sq ft andor environments where heat generationfrom equipment is an issue and fast cooling is needed.
