Lux Time Division(Lebanon, Tennesee) The yellow clock face features a full-body image of Mr. Peanut. His arms are the clock hands. The double bell alarm clock features a mechanical movement and colorful red metal case. Colors are bright. When I tested the clock. The alarm still works and alarm bells ring clearly. However, it did not keep time when I set it and wound it up. If you took it to a repair shop, they may be able to get it running. However, due to its age, I make no guarantees. But the time portions does, but not the alarm. I wound it up, and tested it for 5 hours, and it keeps good time. The time wind key works. The alarm key moves, and springs back, but it doesn't seem to engage, and may be slightly off its gear.could be an easy repair? The pull out button functions. Both the hand and alarm set dials appear to work. The tiny knob is missing off the threaded part sticking out adjacent to the alarm key button.I don't know what is its function, but maybe why the alarm key doesn't ... morefeel right. The cosmetics are pretty good. The red enamel finish shows some surface scratches and chips, but overall its sheen is intact, and you are likely to hone in on the lovely red. The hardware shows some surface oxidation. The bells could use some polish, and may end up shining up pretty good. The yellow face and graphics look good. The plastic ring around it shows some paint loss. The feet are intact. The stand hardware is intact. Even if you don't use the alarm part or bother fixing it, it's still a collectible, and fun to put on display, and actually indicate the right time, and it's got that nice soothing ticking noise.
