My scale says it weighs 31 lbs 4 oz. see pictures. There is also a slight blemish on the side of the can where red dye is seen. I was told that this was from when the can was stored next to other cans that leaked onto this can.I have attempted to clean the area to ensure it is not leaking. There is also no cap on the valve.
