Up for bids is a GE HVAC condenser fan motor 5KCP39GF 1/5HP 825RPM 208V HC37GE210A- fits payne. Carrier, and a variety of other units. Case is a little rusty on the outside but the motor is working perfectly. Shaft turns freely. Note that one case bolt is missing because I broke the tip of it off removing the motor from the condenser unit- I still have the bolt if you want it. It just isn't quite long enough to hold the motor to the fan shroud now. You can simply take one of the bolts out of the motor you are replacing and it's good as new!
