One of the premier tail-water fisheries in the world.  The Green River in Utah boasts 10,000 + fish per mile!  Amazing red rock canyon walls, crystal clear water, and an average trout size of 16 inches make the Green River a bucket list trout fishery.  There are access points just below Flaming Gorge Dam, 7 miles down stream at Little Hole, and several spots on the lower stretches of the river.  Hiring a guide is a huge advantage and there are several great guide services to choose from.  The Green River is open to fishing year round.
