The meter is part no. 89220 and the serial number is 54876. No battery corrosion inside and the leather straps are in very good condition. When batteries(Not Included) are installed the unit will power on with needle movement and gauge illumination. This item seems to be working but there is no way for us as sellers to check the calibration or full functionality of this unit. Due to this issue. The rubber squeeze ball is pliable, and the leather strapping is also good. The only real issue I find is that the unit shows evidence of battery leakage and I cannot remove the battery cover. All could use a better cleaning, and the box shows some cracking and missing piece to the outer finish, but is in nice solid condition, with all metal corners/feet intact.
