This unit was used by an environmental consultant and has been well maintained. All of the original accessories including the instruction manual. The 580B has several operational modes including a data logging mode. the details for using all the features are in the instruction manual. This unit includes a hard plastic case with foam padding on the inside specifically designed for the instrument and accessories includin the calibration gas. The battery pack in this unit does not hold a charge but the unit will function using the AC Adapter. Battery Packs are available for this unit. This instrument has been a real workhorse in the environmental testing field.
