Hi. I am selling a Laney full stack from the 80's era. I bought this from the original owner, he had enough music equipment and guitars to open a music store. Everything he had was in excellent condition and well taken care of. This Laney full stack sat un played in his house for years. The only thing i found wrong, was one of the el34 power tubes was burned out, i replaced all four power tubes recently with Electro Harmonix EL34s. The head and both cabinets sound great, this stack is pretty insane and can get very loud. You could play this in a stadium if you wanted. The head and cabinets were quality constructed in England. Rated power output is 100 watts. Uses 4 12ax7 preamp tubes and 4 EL34 power amp tubes. This amp works as good as new, all of the tubes are running great. After many years. I've decided to let go of some prized amps. This is a 1976 100-watt Marshall Super Lead. The amp has been modded to have one clean channel and one high gain master volume channel. Two inputs, one for each channel. The amp is set up with four 6550 power tubes for high headroom and huge power. Warren ran his Marshalls without the back cover on, but for tube safety I bought a used one and screwed it on the back. British power cord has been changed to a US one. D.I. jack added for power amp input use. Now comes the Ratt tie-in. I have to say upfront that I don't have any absolute. Certified documentation or pictures tying the amp definitively with Warren Demartini.Therefore I DO NOT EXPECT TO GET ANY PREMIUM on the amp, just what's its worth on the open market for a nice sounding 70's Marshall with some hotrod ... moremods. That's why I set NO RESERVE; LET THE MARKET DICTATE ITS WORTH. I bought it because I wanted a high gain modded Super Lead, not because it used to be Warren's. Use two parts by weight of Silver Refining Flux for one part of concentrates being smelted. Mix the flux with the material to be refined. Do not place the flux on top of the materials in the crucible. Now includes a free guide to smelting with hints and tips. Where to get spot prices on precious metals, and a list of refiners that will give you top dollar. Some ores. Such as sulfides and tellurides, need to be roasted before smelting to provide the highest yield. Furnace at 1.900 degrees F. for 30 minutes after reaching temperature. After smelting. The melt should be poured into a cone mold, which concentrates the silver in the bottom of the mold. VERY IMPORTANT SAFETY TIP: Both borax and silicon dioxide form ... moreglass when melted. VINTAGE 3-SPEED STURMEY ARCHER QUADRANT GEAR CHANGE c/w lead + guide wheels
T his is a fantastic Sturmey Archer quadrant 3-speed gear change. Probably dating from the 1930's, in very good condition as you can see in the photos. It comes complete with lead and the attachment to the toggle, which you can hopefully make out at the top of the second photo and also the guide wheels, which I think may be older than the quadrant, but which are also in very good condition. They too come complete with their original fixings. Attached to the cross bar. Rather than the more usual handlebar gear change, the quadrant has clear divisions for moving from one gear to another and the gear change moves easily from one gear to another. The SA Sturmey Archer logo and England can clearly be seen on the front of the black enamel of the quadrant as can Low N and High. There is no loss of enamel and similarly the enamel of the guide ... morewheels is also in very good condition. The only sign of any wear is some tarnishing to the gear change handle which I mentioned in the section beneath the title and which I have shown in the 3rd photo. Kanstul 1600 Trumpet - Fantastic Lead Horn! Formely Wayne Bergeron Model!
Greetings and thank you for looking into this trumpet! Available for your consideration is a Kanstul 1600 Bb professional trumpet. The 1600 model was originally called the Wayne Bergeron Model as it was designed with collaboration from. And for, the very famous trumpeter Wayne Bergeron. If you don't know who he is, you owe it to yourself to google him. Mr. Bergeron has since become a Yamaha performing artist, but he left us with this wonderful trumpet from Kanstul. While Mr. Bergeron does everything well. He is most known for his fantastic lead playing. The same is true of this horn. I have done everything from brass band to brass quintet to symphonic band to big band lead with this horn. But it is the last category where this horn most excels. For me, it has just enough resistance to push against while in the upper register without being ... moretoo much and"choking up. This is a very lightweight horn and really sings in the upper register. I am not the original owner of this professional trumpet. And I am unsure of its past. I can say the valves all work well. I use ultra pure valve oil on all my horns) The slides have lots of"pop" to them. The first and third valve slides both move well. The tuning slide does have a small chip in the end of the tubing(see the 7th picture) I've been meaning to have my repair shop file that down. But I never got around to it simply because I don't feel it affects the playability of the horn at all. Also, there is evidence of previous repair to the back bell bow and the bell flare. Finally, the lacquer is in pretty rough shape. I would say it is at roughly 60% intact. If I were to keep this horn, this horn would be a prime candidate for removing the remaining lacquer and going with the raw brass look. You could have it professionally done, or I've seen people do it themselves with a bit of steel wool with very cool results. The only reason I'm parting with this horn is I just had my second child(a week ago) and I could use the money elsewhere. This is a

My prized 1976 Marshall Super Lead 100 MK II in excellent condition.Serial number is 13157H. 6550 power tubes. New transformer 4 years ago, has an extra preamp tube inside for an extra gain stage, was there when it came to me, but I had the amp returned to stock and left the tube there just in case I wanted to try something later.The name on the back plate is in Magic Marker, I'm sure some acetone would be able to remove it. Has a Fender style push/pull bright/normal master volume installed in the back taking signal off the speaker load output, with one output jack wired for line output. Extra toggle on front panel was there when it came to me, it is a ground flip switch. Works beautifully, sounds wonderful.
