I think but am not sure that this is a dry as meter and pump. I did find some paperwork with this stuff and on the invoice it says dry gas meter and pump.and the prices the govt paid $459 and $248 for a pump. see photo I took of invoice. Since there were other items in this lot of stuff I bought. I have no way of knowing if this invoice is for this stuff but it sure seems to me like it. please see photos and decide for yourself whether to bid or not based on the photos NOT based on my attempts to describe this stuff because I may be wrong.
