Another one of my estate sale Relics. The sign works.And says Open,Not open,and NOT which you turn on and off with a three point switch. The neon is a reddish color. The sign measures 24in long x 11in tall x 8in deep. I have done nothing to clean this piece,and it needs a detailed cleaning. The plexiglass on the front is slightly foggy,and looks like it will clean up,but i haven't tried. The access panel in photo 5 needs a couple screws to keep it shut. The top has chains for hanging it from the ceiling,or a beam. I think this most likely came out of a Bank Drive thru,or possibly a Hotel/motel,Not sure. I will wrap the piece with a lot of padding,and add a oversized 1/4in piece of plywood to the front when shipping. I will insure the piece but if it is damaged at all during delivery you will have to take it up with the post office.
