This is a nice antique brass oil lamp font with an Apollo brand duplex burner. It measures 3 7/8" in diameter at the bottom x 7" high. The wheel adjusters for the wick work fine and there are no holes or dents to the font. Large Pedestal Glass Oil Lamp Lantern Burner Chimney Wick
Offered for sale is a vintage glass oil lamp with burner. Chimney and wick. My best guess is that all three pieces are not original to each other. The lamp base is all clear glass with a large round font and a pedestal(although not marked, I think it's American made) The top of the font is threaded and the burner screws into the glass. The burner is marked"Made in Hong Kong" on the inside of the turner knob. The chim ney has a large round portion in the middle and it has a white painted on design of torches and wreaths. The lamp has oil residue inside(that's the orange color in the photos) and there is one bubble in the glass that doesn't reach the surface. O therwise it is in very good condition. All three parts. Base, burner with wick, and chimney are in very good condition. There are no nicks, no chips, no cracks, ... moreand no dents. The mechanism and knob that twist the wick up and down works well. The lamp base by itself stands 9" tall and w eighs 3 3/ 4 pounds. The whole lamp with burner and chimney stands 1 8 1/ 2" tall and weighs 4 1/2 pounds. Antique E. Miller Banquet Oil Lamp Dragon Shade A very nice antique banquet oil lamp made by E. Miller Co. Metal base is made of spelter. With I believe the original gilt finish which shows some wear in places, but is otherwise is great shape with no breaks or repairs. Fantastic filigree font holder with dragons and lion head handles and all around finely detailed base. The font has a patch on the bottom from an old electrification but it holds oil fine, it will actually need to be emptied of oil before shipment. The burner is a nice Miller duplex in working condition, just needs new wicks. Shade is a 10 inch cased pink glass shade with gold dragons and fleur-de-lis. Has brass top ring and 4 inch fitter with only issues being a little gold lose to dragons, mostly on one side due to many years of dusting and handling. This is a very nice antique oil lamp. It has a burner which is marked RAYO Queen Anne No. 2 The lamp is 11.5" to the top of the burner. The base is about 5" in diameter. The globe is not original to the lamp. There are no chips. Cracks, dings, or repairs. The pedestal is narrow where it is attached to the oil font. Most lamps I've seen look very chunky, and this looks more elegant to me. It narrows to about a 5" circumference at the top of the pedestal. It needs a wick. Antique Victorian Duplex Brass Double Student Oil Lamp Electric Original Globes
Hi. You are bidding on the most beautiful lamp. It is a Duplex student oil lamp that was converted to electric. You can see by the cord and plug that it is one of the oldest electric lamps you will ever see. It has been tested and did work when I bought it but the cord is super old. I would get a second opinion before you use the cord. The globes are LOVELY and even more beautiful in person. They are in good condition with no nicks or cracks. The globes measure approximately ten inches across at the bottom and 4.5 inches or so on the top. The entire lamp is 27 inches when measured from base to top of chimneys. I believe the chimneys are also original in that they look like old glass and they are the exact measurements of the original chimneys. One of the chimneys has some roughness around the base where it goes into the metal but it is not ... morechipped. If you collect these antique lamps. I think you are going to love this one. There are problems, but minimal. I see that there is one lamp socket that is sort of tipped to one side. There is some difficulty getting the round base for the chimney into the larger frame for the glass globe. But I think that all of these issues are probably just a part of owning a lamp like this. It is rare, original and super, super elegant. THank you.

Hand painted pansy on a pale pink base highlights the stem. While a wonderful vaseline Webster font makes this a definite stand out. First and last photos show the font glowing under a black light. The chimney is an old one with swirls in the glass and a crimped scalloped pie crust top. Burner is signed W. B. G. Corp. Eldorado. It is a#2 flip top prong burner and works easily. Wick is included. For auction is this beautifull rose colored depression glass oil lamp.It is in great condition with no cracks. Chips or flea bites.It does have all the qualities of old antique glass that you would expect such as straw marks and little bubbles in the glass.I have seen this lamp attributed to the Mckee glass co. by other sellers here on Ebay.It is a heavy old piece that weighs in at a little over 3 lbs. and stands in at 8 3/4 inches, it takes a number 2 burner.If there are any other?s I can answer for you please send an email.I do ship quick and pack well but since this is antique glass I will be adding $2 to the shipping and handling to cover insurance.Thanks for looking. This is an exceptional antique hanging oil or kerosene parlor lamp. It has the Northwind blowing on a gentleman holding an umbrella that has become inverted. The font is made of porcelain with a flower motif or design. It has been electrified as you can see in the pictures. It would take a shade that is aprox. 13 1/2" in diameter. We did not plug it in so it may need to be rewired or returned to it's original oil fueled state. We saw no breaks. Repairs or damage. This is an old 1933 Aladdin Model B table oil in the Colonial style. Sometimes referred to as Hobnail pattern. The lamp is completely complete. All parts are either in excellent condition to NOS(new old stock) The lamp has no chips, no cracks and no roughness on the inside edge of the base. The Model 701-B white enamel glass shade i s in excellent condition. No chips, no cracks, no wear on the enamel or scratches. The Model B nickel burner is in excellent condition, no cracks, no dents, shiny nickel, tight strong gears when lowering and raising the wick. The burner comes with a NOS wick and mantle.
