This was purchased at a farm auction awhile ago. It is poorly framed and I do not know if it was cut down to fit frame or not. William worked as a stewerd on board ships and travelled extensively. He loved to paint. Much of his art featured places he visited or ships he sailed on. Most of his art was sold to passengers. As well as pictures. He painted on silk night dress cases, penknives, autograph books& calenders. RMS Baltic was an ocean liner of the White Star Line that sailed between ... more1904 and 1933. At 23.876 gross tons, she was the largest ship in the world until 1905. She was the third of a quartet of ships, all measuring over 20,000 gross tons, dubbed The Big Four(the other three being RMS Celtic,Cedric,and Adratic) She was launched on 21 November 1903 by Harland& Wolff at Belfast and sailed from Liverpool on her maiden voyage to New York on 29 June 1904 with Captain Edward Smith in command. A rare and wonderful Schick shaving collectible. Size is 2 1/2 by 3 1/2 inches. Electric shaving kit includes a tube of lube. An oil bottle, and a small regular slotted screwdriver. Very nice condition. Only slightly used, some oil residue in the plastic case. There is still oil and lube in the correspoonding containers. No cracks in the plastic case. Removed from a family home built in the late 1800's is this haning parlor lamp ~ originally oil but converted to electric. Marked"The Meriden" on the font. Antique Baroque 1800's Organ Oil Lamp, Converted
This is an ornate Victorian oil lamp from the late 1800's to approximately 1920's. It has been converted for electrical use. As you may be able to see from photographs. The conversion has been professionally done at some point, with authentic electrical plug from the 40's or 50's. The globe is original. It is ivory with primary colors of red and gold. It is truly exquisite. The cast iron is filigree. It has no imperfections that can be discerned by the naked eye. The lamp is clean. Has been kept impeccably, and is sturdy and strong. This piece is truly over the top for the serious collector of fine antique furniture and collectible items. It was passed to my maternal grandmother through my great grand uncle. It measures 31" from the marble table top to the floor. From the floor to the top of the globe. Here is an exceptionally beautiful oil portrait- An antique. Ca. 1860-1880 original painting on celluloid of a lovely lady dressed like Victorian royalty in velvet, lace, pearl necklace, earrings and an ornate headband with a ruby centerpiece. She has eyes of an intense blue and dark red lips. This enchanting portrait is housed in the original celluloid frame with the inner matting lined with with brown velveteen and a brass oval with bubble glass over the painting. To the lower right is a signature of the artist"Wills" The painting sight measures approximately 3-1/2" high x 2-2/4"wide. or 8.89 cm high x 6.985 cm wide) in frame approximately 6-3/4" high x 6" wide(17.145 cm high x 15.24 cm high) Celluloid is without cracks or chips, with the exception of one"ding" on the lower right hand corner of frame. ... moreThe paint on both portrait and frame is without peel. The frame is in the original finish, of"faux ivory" celluloid with tiny specks of brown, a green accent line on outer edge, and gold inner and outer edges. We are offering for auction an ORIGINAL GULFPRIDE H-D SELECT 5 QT. OIL GULF CAN. This 5 qt. oil can is in good condition. It has been opened at the top and has a few scratches but not bad. Color is vivid; has a few bent creases near the top above and to the right of the word"Gulfpride. All words are legible- not scratched. NOS Cruismaster CM222 Gulf Gas & Oil Co. Oil Filter!! Great Display! Advertising
Vintage Gulf Gas& Oil Company Cruisemaster Oil Filter CM222. New Old Stock meaning I have lots of these. They have never been used, and are vintage 1980s. We bought out 2 old Gulf Distribution Centers and these were inside. I have several oil filters by Cruisemaster from Gulf in all different sizes. They cross reference with ACDelco PF963, Hastings 145A, Wix 51392, Fram PH 3531, and Purolator FCO-167. This filter Model CM222 fits mostly Hondas. I know people can purchase them for their purpose but the graphics on these filters are great so I think they would be great and unique in anyone's Gulf merchandise display. You can take them out of the clear plastic insert. They are metal and are well made. What a great conversation piece and item to add to your Gulf collectibles. I will be listing more models in the future although this is ... morethe only one that has the actual Gulf logo on the filter. The other's just have cruisemaster and the Gulf information on the back. Once this model is gone I will not be able to get anymore. As far as making an offer. I cannot do any better on the pricing of one filter. I can only take off additional amounts if you purchase more than 1. The reason why is because of the price of shipping but if you purchase more than 1 the shipping doesn't cost that much to ship extra numbers! So I can save you more money on purchases over 1. Up for your bidding consideration is this vintage 1950's Gulf Supreme 2 gallon engine motor oil can. This can is in overall good to very good original condition but does have a bit of dirt or staining on the side of the can and a bit of surface rust. Primarily on the bottom. The graphics are in good shape, but are slightly stained as well. I believe this will clean up pretty easy. The tin sides suprisingly straight with a bit of waviness. This would make a nice addition to anyone's vintage oil can collection. The provided pictures should speak for themselves, but if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
