The leather is strong and supple and all of the hardware and rivets are intact. But still, alway properly inspect or have inspected a tool like this prior to use. There are no makers markings on the belt that I can see. But on the spikes you see the same Cronk and the number 16 under it. There is also a tool pouch on the belt as well as a linemans electircal tape holder that allows the tape roll to dangle from the belt and be easily accessible. While I cant tell you the age for sure. It does have the snap on safety leather belt, also, along with 2 extra tool bags. The one is a larger Marshalltown and there is a vinyl bag also. Snap buckles and everything seems to be just fine. For auction is a pretty nice Pole Climber Belt and the safety strap. I would consider this to be in good used condition. The tag says size 22 RT. Hope you know what that means. It will not fit me at a size 40 but I think it will fit a 36 and down. The tag says R.H. Buhrke Co. Inc. Mfd 2 79. I think given the age this equip. is in very useable condition. No cracking of the leather. The belt is all leather the best I can tell. The safety belt is what I believe to be a think canvass but is in good condition also. I also have a vintage head set that came from the same place listed this week if you are interested. I would charge no additional shipping to put the head set in.
