This is a really neat old Bakelite Head Light Intensity Meter in working condition. I would say from the 50's and very cool Automobilia at its best here so don't miss out. I have searched for another and cant find one so this is probably a fairly rare item. The case is approximately 13' by 7" I am sure that the case was restored some time ago but it has acquired a very nice patina. Everything else is original.ck out the beautiful original glass face that lights up! Like a miniature Wurlitzer juke box that looks great as it lites up on the wall of your garage or man cave. The original locks come with a key for both. The back lock is for access to the top which top flips open to the timer. And the front is access to the coins. Coin cup shown outside of the meter. ECO 32W Water Hose Reel Island Air Meter Bennett Gas Pump Station Tireflator Description: Rare 1930's or 40's vintage ECO model 32W water reel available at no reserve auction. Should accent any petroleum collection. The good: always kept/used indoors in an industrial garage. But doesn't appear to have been used much at all. Clean inside. The bad: this reel is heavy-75 pounds, and I guess when the hose had water in it it was even heavier. Anyways, it was mounted inverted under a shelf and eventually dropped down and hit the floor. The impact broke the casting where the hose comes out of the housing. Also, there is an internal clutch part that is broken inside the housing as well. Both pieces appear to be cleanly broken and I guess could be repaired with a weld or epoxy, but I don't know for sure. So you are buying it in as ... moreis condition. I estimate a box for this reel will weigh at least 15 pounds. So shipping weight will be a minimum of 90 pounds. Overall. 1920's- 1930's or earlier The American Meter Co. New York. Meter, or pump of some kind. I researched this piece, and could not find another one like it. It is brass and copper, with glass tubes at both ends. The band around the center reads 1/10 cu. ft. The round plate above that has the number 1050, and above that is the American Meter brass plate logo. There is a thin metal twist tie, with a round stamped tag that reads, B.S. No.2225 1934. On the other side of this tag is a logo that says National Bureau of Standards. A water meter/pump? I just have no idea! What ever this is, it is very cool looking, made of great materials, brass, copper& glass, and is a nice early piece! Measures approx. 19 inches long. PAYMENT DUE WITHIN 48 HOURS. Restored Original ECO 98 Air Meter Vintage gas pump
You are looking at a flawlessly restored Eco 98 Air meter. It doesn't get much nicer than this! It was completely disassembled and sandblasted. Next it was sanded smooth and primed. After it was prepped it went to the paint room and the red and black was sprayed. After the base coats it got a very slick and deep looking clear coat. This paint is almost flawless. To set this meter off a Flying A emblem was mounted to the back. It was created with a plasma table. A flying A decal was placed on the pedestal. The meter still has its original face and number reels. It has a new crank. Glass, and I.D tag. Air meters are the perfect size to display anywhere. It is 56 1/2' tall and 11' wide.
