Vintage Eagle Sno Go 6 Gallon 3 1/2 Pints Metal Gas Fuel Can Snowmobile w/ Spout
Up for auction is an Eagle brand Model 509 gas or fuel can for your snowmobile. Or any other use, of course. It holds 6 gallons plus 3 1/2 pints, and has a screw on hard plastic spout. Base diameter about 13 1/4" height at handle about 13 7/8" Has normal wear: lots of paint scrapes, a few small dings, and a black paint drip on the side. Some light oxidation or surface rust spots at paint scrapes around base; metal where there are paint scrapes on upper portion and underneath do not appear to have oxidation of surface rust. This has been on a shelf for many years, and the inside is clean with just some light rust spots as seen in last photos. The yellow spout, about 5 1/2" long, shows discoloration, likely from a gas/oil mixture. It bend slightly, and has some give when squeezed, but is hard for the most part.
