Condition: Used Location: Hookstown, United States These are two really nice high quality models of Standard Oil Derricks/ Drilling Rigs. Nice models like these are rare. I purchased both of these over ... more30 years ago. They have a lot of detail with drillpipe standing in the derrick, a drilling line with crown sheaves and an actual set of blocks. They have production trees/ wellheads attached to the base with 2 casing valves, a single master valve and dual flowline valves. The larger one has a 9" x 9" base and is 23" tall. the smaller one has a 6" x 6' base and is 14 1/2" tall. The derricks look to be both constructed with brazing rods and the remainder of the items are brass plated. The larger rig has a small split part of the way across the base which could be easily glued or replaced with wood, granite or whatever one prefers. I attempted to include good photos to show the nice craftsmanship and quality put into these by the builder but my photos don't do them justise. They are a bit dusty but they are both in excellent condition except for the split in the larger base as you can see in the photos. Calweld Crane-Mounted Drill Attachment -Drill Rig Drilling Rig -Needs Work
We are offering for sale a Calweld drill attachment that is made to be mounted onto the front of a conventional lattice boom type crane. This attachment allows you to drill large diameter holes to depths in excess of 50' deep. Depending on what type of kelly bar you are using. This machine provides the rotary torque for the auger, the crane provides the up and down motion. A long square bar(known as a kelly bar) hangs from a cable on the crane, threads through the rotary drive of this attachment then an auger is attached to the bottom of the kelly bar. This unit belonged to my Dad's deep foundation drilling company and has not been run in many years. I believe it is a model 55 which was designed to mount onto a smaller crane. The engine is an International in-line. 6-cylinder, 4-cycle diesel, which I believe is a UDH model. I am told ... morethat this engine is the same engine that was used in the International crawler tractors and International Harvester agricultural equipment of the day. The power is transmitted from the engine via a Funk Reverse-O-Matic forward-neutral-reverse shuttle unit coupled to a 4-speed remote side-shift gear box. Output from the gear box is reduced via a multi-width drive chain and sprockets to the right-angle final drive ring and pinion gear housing, which turns the yoke through which the kelly bar is threaded. This unit does have the hydraulic sliding base option, which allows for easier positioning and leveling This drill attachment was purchased by my Dad's company many years ago. They used it successfully on one job, and has been in storage since. It was a very low hour unit when they bought it, as the previous owner only used if for a few projects before they went out of the drilling business. 78 CP 650 well drilling rig
Truck 78 Ford L 8000 Carrier with 3208 Caterpillar engine. 5 x 4 Transmission with 44,000 lb. Eaton Rear Ends. Jack shaft and torque arms are new. Tires are In good condition. Front tires are 425 x 22.5 and Rears are 1200 x 20. Rig Rig is a 1978 CP 650 WS. 35K Pulldown and Holdback. 3406 Caterpillar deck engine. Deck engine runs strong, low oil consumption with no leaks. It has a new starter and alternator. Valves were also set recently. Compressor is a GHH 825/300 and has roughly 2,800 hours on it since it was rebuilt. We have also changed the oil in the compressor, replaced the separator and rebuilt the pressure regulator recently. Hydraulic system is tight with new oil and very few leaks. Many new hoses through out. In 2006 one of the secondary pumps was replaced with a new pump and in 2007 the primary pump was replaced with a new upgraded ... morepump with higher flow capacity. Control valve bodies were replaced with new ones and roughly 18,000 dollars was invested in hydraulic components in 2007. Hoist rams were replaced with rams for 50K specs. In 2008 one of the two was rebuilt with a new rod and seals. The 37 ft. mast pulldown and holdback chains are 140's if modified to 160 chains and sprockets rig could easily be a 2000 ft rig. Gear box between deck engine and pumps has been resealed recently,while opened up bearings and races were inspected and everything inside looks great! Drive shaft between deck.engine and gear box has new U-joints and slip joint is in excellent condition. Rig also has a 2 Cylinder Bean Injection Pump rated at 12 gpm as well as an electric hammer oiling system which works flawlessly. In 2007 the top head drive was rebuilt, putting in a new pinion, bearings and seals This rig has drilled to 1,060.ft with no problems. All maintenance was done regularly. Everything is in working order. Ready to drill. The rig is stored indoors since I obtained it in 2011. 300' x 41/2" flush pipe will be included. DRILL RIG DRIFTER, ROCK DRILL, Drilling, Mining, N/R Tamrock air powered drifter
Tamrock air hammer. I had this one set up on a small feed frame at one time and used it for some foundation repair work. I don't know much about these things so I'm selling it"for parts or not working" however it does rotate both directions. Hammers and worked well when I drilled with it. I only have a 185 compressor and that is NOT enough to run this properly. I think it needs 375 minimum, possibly more. Hammer and rotation are independent of each other so it has an old hydraulic valve to run the rotation and a ball valve to start the hammer. I think the threads on the striker bar are 1/4" rope. I'm guessing it weighs about 200 lbs. It's heavy enough I can't move it around easily to get better pictures. As is where is. Montrose colo 81401. Local pick-up is preferred, but I can strap to a pallet and get ... moreit to a dock in Montrose or Grand-junction Co. Buyer will need to set that up. 1992 simco drilling rig deutz diesel weight 10000 lbs this drilling rig runs but needs work it needs re-hosed surplus center the hoses com to about 1800.00 and you install next it needs bearings in the top head jack shaft not the planetary it just takes roller bearings and axle seals it is chain drive from the planetary and the engine needs a tensioner pully about $50 I would say under 5 grand you would have a good drill that is easy to move around the mast extends to 20 some feet and it has all kinds of winches and a cathead this would be a perfect project for water well. Geothermal, auger or core rig. You see what you are buying it is sold as/is it is an old drill with leaks and 5000 hours on it. But someone is going to get a good deal here. Used Tricone rotary rock bit for drilling. Cones move but have some resistance. Teeth seem to look in decent but good condition. Threads also in good condition. Markings on the top of the bit are( 4 1/2 W 7 65270) The threads on the top of the bit are cone shaped and measure 2" at the top and 2" 9/16" at the bottom. Believe this bit can be used again for drilling or as a collectable item on the mantle or mancave. Bit has been cleaned and painted to prevent further rust. Shipped USPS. 1972 Irgersoll Rand T-4 WH Drilling Rig
I am selling a 1972 Ingersoll Rand T-4 WH with 50.000lbs pullback. The rig motor is a twin turbo 12V71TT Detroit Diesel with about 625 H.P. The compressor is a Sullair 950/350. For the age the rig is in great condition. There is wear and tear on the drilling but nothing above normal. Some hoses leak and there are a couple of spots on the block that weep oil. The rig has a hammer oiler, 10gpm Bean Water Pump, and a worm gear head. The drill is mounted on a 1972 Crane Carrier Chassis that has a 6-71 Detroit Diesel with about 70,000 miles on it. The main carrier motor burns a lot of oil and needs new rings I assume. Also with the drill I am selling about 60 joints of steel at about 85% 300' of aluminum pipe, 2-8" Quantum Hammers, 1-6" Quantum Hammer, 1-6" and 1-8" stabilizer, bits and tooling. Engine: 90 hp 4 cylinder Deutz F4L air cooled diesel that has under 3000 hours powering a large two stage hydraulic pump(drilling& mud pump circuit) Mud Pump- Hydraulic powered Mission 3X2 pump(Under 20 hours) Has a brand new hydraulic drive motor as well. Drill Pipe: 200 ft of 2 3/8" 10' drill stems and a couple subs and bits. Swivel: Western Rubber 1jw. Easy to use manual mast extension and hydraulic winch for bailing(300' 5/16" cable) and setting 20' casing.
