You've checked the bulbs, plugs, sockets and circuit breaker, then this relay is likely the problem. A relay is simply an electrically-operated switch. When electricity is supplied to the relay. A coil energizes and creates a magnetic field that pulls a metal piece toward the magnetized coil.
