But I have included one that might possibly work with some effort. Has some minor scratches and marks on the outside. The 6 volt AC adapter is not included, but I have tested it with batteries and get static. Volume control and tuning knobs work. First label reads: Joseph Klotz in Absam 1755" The other label reads: Repaired by J.F. Mahaffey. Mt. Vernon, Ohio 1897" Please see photos for details on the labels. Length overall is 595mm/23.5” Body length is 358mm/14 1/16” The lower bout is 204mm/8.0” Upper bout is 6 5/8’168mm. It is fully lined and has lower corner blocks. I can see no open seams or cracks in the top plate. The‘wings’ of the‘ff’ holes, the back plate, neck or the scroll. All eight corners are present and in good to fair condition, as is the purfling with the‘bee stings’ Two piece back. Neck and sides are Maple with a moderate curl. Two piece top is matched Spruce with a close grain at the seam to wide at the edge. Pegs are mismatched and showing little to no wear of the pegs or peg-holes(diameter is about 6.0 to 6.5mm at the small end) The fingerboard is ebony-stained ... moreblack walnut. Tailpiece. Nut and saddle are of ebony. The nut is fairly well carved, the string-action is comfortable. The bridge is cut rather flat. About 5.0/G, 4.75/D, 4.5/A, 4.25/E, in the folk style. Please see photos for details on the labels. Repairs: The peg holes have been re-bushed. Pegs mismatched, seams along the ribs and the center seam of the back-plate have been re-glued and the back plate was fully cleated, at some time in the past. The varnish has dings, dents, scratches from many years of use and nothing appears to be broken off. The edge of the top plate shows some varnish worn off and the fingerboard, where the fingers touch, some of the ebony stain has worn off. The honey-brown stain on the body is over a gold ground.
