The booklet measures 4 1/4 inches(11 cm) x 5 7/8 inches(15 cm) and has detailed information, written in easy to understand language, explaining FM radio. It is charmingly illustrated with clear, explanatory drawings and has numerous photographs of the latest GE FM radios- showing models up to 1941- from which I assume that the booklet was published in 1941 or 1942. The front and rear covers are slightly age darkened but the pages inside are like new. It is tightly bound without any marks. Names, tears or other defects. I am offering for sale a TFT 884 FM Modulation and Stereo Monitor. This unit is in very good condition. I recently tested the unit at a multi-station FM transmitter site and found it worked well during basic measurements on several stations. The station's engineer who allowed me access was able to see that his station was under modulating in regard to the other stations at the site. How could you really know for sure without the right measurement tool? He didn't know but is now confident his station is competitive with the others. You can download the complete description for the unit at the TFT website. The best price I could find for a new unit was around $3600.
