The range is 0 to 150 positive and negative.The diameter of the meter is 3.75" I tested the meter with 25v DC and the meter deflection was as accurate as the 5v graduations will allow. It is responding to being covered or lit up. But seems very"dull" Using a flashlight causes it to jump to the max setting of 50, but regular room lighting with fluorescent lights registers as"inadequate for critical seeing" despite being easy to read in.
