Model MS-540LMXO(the higher power version) Contains a high-Q cavity oscillator that is phase locked to a harmonic of the internal reference ovenized crystal oscillator. For the picture, I am using a 100.00000 MHz SC-cut crystal, which is not included in this auction. The cavity oscillator runs at 1500 MHz( X15 the crystal reference) and the multiplier block is X4 giving output at 6000 MHz. The output power is 18.4 dBm. Also, this brick has an isolator on the input to the multiplier block, and I put a 6 GHz isolator on the RF output: these make for superior stability. The DC bias on the multiplier block diode can be optimized by adjusting the pot on top of the brick. Brick also has a modulation input(BNC) Requires a well-regulated-20.0 VDC supply at about 0.5 A.
