The over all condition is function but the aluminum sheeting does show wear as seen in the photos. There was one lock in one panel that was stuck and we are replacing that lock and frame area. In general the owner of the restaurant stated the unit was a good unit and they did not have any issues with it at the time of closing the restaurant. The owner said the unit was installed sometime in the early 90s so the unit is probably 20 years old but was installed inside the air conditioned kitchen and other than cosmetic appears to be completely functional. The roof and upper walls are in exceptionally good condition given the age of this walk in.
