The stainless steel is in great condition but there is a small dent is in the inside of the item but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The item lid is in good condition with no chips or cracks. The function buttons and soda dispenser buttons are in good condition with no cracks or chips. The front display/graphic panel is in good good condition with no cracks or chips. The power cord is in good condition with no cuts or frayed areas. We tested all the soda dispenser buttons and we could hear a the solenoid working. We are not able to connect liquid or pressure to the item so we were not able to test if the machine would actually dispense any soda. We tested the ice dispenser button and the large ice stirring arm inside the item turned without any problems. However we did not test this item with any ice. From what we can tell the drip dispenser is missing some screws but this is easily repairable. I recent bought this Multiplex Remote Beverage cooler without having a clue what I was buying. But now I own it and ready to get my money back. We removed this from a recently closed down food court. Everything you need to flow soda is included with the exception of YOU WILL NEED NEW PLASTIC LINES TO GO. FROM COOLER AND THE FOUNTAIN MACHINE, AND NEW COPPER LINES FROM COOLER TO THE OUTSIDE COIL. But you get everything in the picture that has to do with this system and the 8 flavor fountain machine that has preselected small medium large and extra large buttons. That has a stand with an ice holding box. Also the coil unit that goes outside. I will be adding more pictures once I get this all unloaded. Keep in mind. I had to disassemble this to get it out.
