Used rotating grapple. Unit has a 1 1/4" mounting pin. The bucket is approximately 59" wide and the opening width is 69" The grapple if fully open in the photos. The rotator motor says Eaton on the top. The cylinders are approximately 16" long with 3 1/2" barrels and 2" cylinder rods. I have no idea of the capacity of the grapple but it was used to load construction waste at job sites. The size of the cylinders should give some indication of the capacity. We acquired it after it had been sitting in the former owner's yard for years. We have not used or operated this grapple so there is no guarantee of condition, but we can say it would probably need some new hoses. The unit appears to have had various welding and plating over the years, the metal rod cage that is visible in the photos appears to be a safety ... morecage to keep debris from hitting the cylinder hoses. This auction is for the Bobcat S250 Skid Steer. 78" Log Grapple and 78" JD 4-N-1 bucket with rock teeth- This is my personal Bobcat S250 Skid Steer. I am the second owner. I have owned it for 4 years and have only used it to maintain the property at my hunt club, it has treated me well. The machine runs great and cranks up every time even after months of sitting and in the coldest of weather. Reason for selling: I'm buying a house and I cannot justify keeping this machine due to how little I use it. 75HP Turbo Diesel Engine, ~2260 Hours- which may change slightly as the machine is still being used on the weekends occasionally to maintain the property. Equipped with AC/Heat but the blower motor stopped working. So no air blows out of the vents, Key Start. You don't have to worry about those faulty keyless electronic ignition ... moremodules, Battery replaced last year, Hand and foot controls, Equipped with foam filled/solid tires(at 20% with 3 piece bead locked rims and wheel spacers. Set up for over the tire steel tracks($7000 Option) The steel tracks. Which are included in the sale, are used and in fair/poor shape but they are still being used. A little bit of welding and some rebar would make them like new again. Windows are tinted 5% to keep the sun off of you during those hot summer days, The suspension seat is in good shape. For auction 1996 GMC TopKick log loader truck has a Prentice Log Loader 110 BC and 18 foot box. Outstanding Lift Capacity, Second owner truck, Has a 3116 Caterpillar Motor with 157,362 Miles Has New Front Tires, New Rotors and Brakes on the rear and mechanic said fronts are fine, The Prentice loader is in need of repair as it has broke a few teeth on the rack, Parts should run about 1500.00 upon my inquiry at my Local Machinist. The Reason for selling is that we have upgraded our equipment and no longer need the truck as we are only running chippers and Skid loaders. The truck also has a Diesel boiler built in so that it may be programmed and preheat the truck currently reads error code and I have looked no further into it. This is a real money-making machine. This self loading trailer allows you to trim your payroll significantly- as one person can now do the work of three. After injuring my back for the last time. I bought this set-up for my tree removal business/ storm cleanup business, however, in addition to wood waste, I have found a lot of other really handy uses for it over the years- like hauling scrap metal. I was in business for nearly 30 years before buying this but now I cant imagine how I ever did without one. The company that made the trailer also factory installed the crane. Grapple, rotator, outriggers and hydraulic system. This is not some back-yard mechanic job. They added a lot of well engineered brackets, braces and fittings to make it appear as an"off-the-shelf" package. It is structurally overbuilt, but without adding a ton of extra weight. You can load(and offload) very big and heavy logs. Stumps, limbs, brush and debris effortlessly. You just fire up the 11hp Honda gas engine(starts every time, the first time) and you are ready to load darn near anything- even if its not hooked onto a truck! No more PTO problems or having to leave your truck engine running. It takes a day or two of operating it to really get the hang of it but with a little practice you can pick up something as small as a tennis ball and place it in a drinking glass. 25' Gooseneck Logging Trailer With Log Grapple
25' gooseneck logging trailer with a HIAB 8.000lb knuckle boom crane and log grapple. The trailer is 25' deck and has a GVW of 14,000lbs. It has dual 12,000lb jacks on the front of the trailer. Also has dual double door tool box on each side of the trailer. Tires and spare tire are still in good shape. The trailer also as a 5' dove tail that can be raised to make it a completely flat deck. The HIAB knuckle boom crane is self contained unit with a 16 horse Briggs motor and PTO pump. The crane has one hydraulic telescopic extension. The crane also has a set of new led work lights for night work. The grapple is fully hydraulic with new hoses and two new hydraulic cylinders to open and close.
