Up for bid is a climbing gear combo! The climbing saddle is a medium in size manufactured by Miller which was made in feb of 1984 per riveted tag as pictured. It appears to be in nice useable shape. Also included is a nylon lanyard manufactured by Karl Kummerling in nice shape. Last but least is a a tree saw with accompanied sheath. These are real tree climbing spikes with the long gaffs for reaching through the bark to get into the meat of the tree-not pole climbers with the short spikes. You could use them for pole climbing but not on a regular basis. metal parts are in good condition and they are adjustable in length. They are set at the shortest length possible right now and they are 15 7/8" set that way. The calf pad for the left spike is not original. It is just a piece of leather and is not padded. ISC Bolted Flipline Lanyard Adjuster with Twisted Clevis Arborist like Petzl
I am selling an ISC Bolted Rope Grab for 10.5-13mm rope/fliplines with a 5/16” Wichard Locking Twisted Clevis. Each were used for two climbs but I bought a longer flipline already outfitted with an adjuster. The twisted clevis has the ability to be locked with pliers. But I was able to engage the lock with my fingers. The clevis is made in France(stamped on it) and is not the type that can be found in the hardware store. I paid $60 for the rope grab and $20 for the clevis.

Nicknamed"tree braid" Hi-Vee Safety Blue(Orange outside) has a 7.000 lb break strength and is only available in 1/2" diameter. Originally designed as an arborist climbing rope, braided Safety Blue makes great leads as well. Wax coated yarns are used in its construction giving it a very supple, nice feel in the hands. The wax also helps to keep dirt out and to make knot tying more secure and untying easier. It is also very strong and rugged. With the core stripped out, it makes great reins as well. It is very difficult to splice; however, this 30' length has a three-quarter inch(i.d. eye splice on one end and a sailor's whipping on the other end.
