Patent number is Brooks 1956852, patent can be seen at this clickable link: The steel shafts. Boot rests and spikes are in good condition with some surface rust here and there. The metal buckle parts and rivets on the leather are more rusted. The spikes are in great shape and look like they have been in their original leather covers for quite some time. There has been no cleaning or restoration done to these items. The leather is stiff and has quite a bit of aging and discoloration. They measure about 17" high. I have posted 11 photos. The leg pads are a little different& straps are plyable& not dry but for safety sake I would replace them. They are adjustable from 15 1/2" to about 19 1/2" came from an estate sale.

Buckingham 9225 Climbing Spikes Gaffs Lineman Tree Climbing Trimming Gear
This tree trimming equipment was owned by my grandfather who did tree work in the 1980's. They have been in storage since the mid 1990's. This is quality leather equipment made mostly by Buckingham Co. There are 2 sets of tree climbers one he used the other has not been used they are both Buckingham 1225 the metal is 14 1/2 inches long. There are 2 tree straps that are 79 inches long. 1 has been used the other still has the paper tags from Buckingham still intact. There are 4 Buckingham model 3922, again 1 set used the other not. There are 8 straps that are 23 inches long. All equipment has been stored in the basement and is in good condition. You are welcome to do a local pick up.
