Commercial Grade Nemco Easy FryKutter 3/8" & 1/2" (Model 55450)
I have for sale here a slightly used(approx. 2-1/2 months) Commercial Grade. Nemco Easy FryKutter. It currently has the 3/8" blade and 3/8" push block on it. In addition to that, I am also including with it a 1/2" blade and 1/2" push block and a stainless steel wall mount. I originally bought this for my girlfriend's restaurant last in August of 2012. She used it for approximately 2 to 2-1/2 months and decided that making fresh-cut fries the correct way(which isn't from cutter directly to the fryer) was too much hassle for her so I took it out of her restaurant and after sitting in my house for the for the last 8 months, I'm just getting around to selling it. This thing is extremely durable and very well built. And you can cut a whole lot of fries in no time flat with it. About the only thing I ever did was ... moreremove the blade and the push block a few times so that they could be hosed off in the sink and oil the slides with a little bit of mineral oil when I first installed it. As far as preparing and frying fresh-cut fries. If you are the lucky bidder I will also include with this the correct procedure for doing that. Yes. There is a little bit of work and even some basic understanding of the science involved(maillard reaction) but you simply cannot beat the taste of fresh-cut fries that have been cooked the right way. If you are seriously interested in buying it. I personally would recommend that you mount it on the wall. As you can see in some of my pictures that I had this mounted to a piece of plywood. That was a piece of 3/4" plywood that was wide enough to span two studs and was securely fastened to those studs. That piece of plywood IS NOT included with this. If you have any questions at all. With a round faceted paste or rhinestone, set up high in an intricate crown-shaped head with 6 prongs. The stone is clear and sparkly, showing a couple nicks on the girdle, and under a loupe's magnification, I see dirt/black spots underneath. I didn't clean it. Measures a size 7. Up for auction is a vintage Nemco wire mesh trash/ waste basket. On the bottom of the can it has"Nemco manfd. by The Northwestern Expanded Metal Co. Chicago patd Nov 2 1909" The bottom DOES have some rusted through spots(the holes I see are located in the center) The wire mesh is crooked& bent in places but no rust through in the mesh. It is bowed like something very heavy was placed on it at some time in its long life or it could be made that way, I am not sure. It measures around 14 1/2" tall(maybe more without the bow in it) approx. 14" around at the top. The top is out of round& does not measure 14" at all points. For sale is a Nemco Model#6120(4 quart twin warmer) that was used in our business over the past few years. It has been well taken care of and is in 100% working order. There is a knob on the left that runs the warmer on the left side and a knob on the right that runs the right side. You can turn either side or both sides on when using and they will heat your items whether they be soup. Nacho cheese, taco meat, chocolate, carmel or whatever you choose to make on low, medium or hi heat. Each side has a removeable metal tub that the product goes in. You then fill the warmer that the metal tub goes into with water that heats up and in turn heats your product. The front of the ... moreunit says sauce and topping warmer, but you can use it for soup or whatever you'd like(label would easily come off) This is a commercial unit and was used sparingly in our business which is why we have decided to sell it.
