Hobart HCM 450 Rebuilt - 60 Day Warranty!
For Sale is a used Hobart HCM 450 that I have rebuilt. It requires 200 volt 3 phase power to operate this machine. I took it all apart down to the frame. Cleaned and painted the frame and upper motor casting. The motor was checked by an electric motor repair company in Indianapolis. They replaced the upper and lower bearings and installed a new motor shaft seal. The upper motor bearing casting was milled and a new bearing sleave pressed in. I cleaned the motor brake assembly and put new brake pads and the upper seal on. I installed new rubber feet on the frame and a new motor bumper pad. The bowl was cleaned and new seals installed. The electric control box was cleaned and painted. I installed a new 5 minute timer and new start/stop switches. It has a new bowl lid and a new scraper on the baffle. It comes with a dough blade.
