Biro 3334SS-4003FH meat saw
This is a newer model Biro 3334SS-4003FH stainless steel meat saw with the fixed head. I bought it at an auction so I don't know the actual history but it is in like new condition. It is currently wired for 208 Volt. 3 phase and has safety sensors on the access doors to prevent operation if the doors are open. Although I don't have 3 phase power to actually test the saw, everything appears to be in excellent condition. The only known issue is the meat guide. The worm rack and bracket is there but the guide is missing. If you have to have the guide there are currently 2 on Ebay that include the rack for less than $200. It comes wired with a heavy duty SO cord and a 208 volt 3 phase plug. The safety switches are wired directly to the motor leads and I assume they are functional. Biro Sir Steak Pro-9 Commercial Meat Tenderizer Butcher Steak Chicken Cutter
You are bidding on a Biro/ Sir Steak Model Pro-9 commercial meat tenderizer. This machine came from a working environment; however. I noticed a small problem when trying to test it out personally. I read through the manual as best I could and assembled the blades and combs in the cradle and installed the cradle in the machine. When I turn the machine on, the rear blade turns fine, but the front blade only turns sporadically almost as if there might be one tooth slightly bent that it is getting caught on. I looked over the front blade but with so many teeth, I can’t see where the problem might be. Again, this blade does spin sometimes, but not all of the time so there is a problem somewhere. If you are familiar with this type of machine, it might be a very easy fix for you. Unfortunately, I have never used one of these before so can only guess ... moreas to what the problem might be. Here is a cool issue of Comic House comics' CRIME DOES NOT PAY#32 from 1944. This excellent comic features a great violent Biro action with"Senorita Of Sin" Screaming Death" The Man Who Loved Murder" Mad Dogs Of Oklahoma" Death Pulls The Trigger, and"Playboys Of Crime" Excellent pre code crime violence and adventures. CRIME DOES NOT PAY#32 is in VG condition. Some cover gloss. No clipped coupons, no writing, clean interior pages, centerfold is firmly attached. Comic was printed with a single staple at the middle. There is some light stress to the staple at the cover, but cover is well secured. There is a 3/32" by 1&1/16" strip missing along the left, back edge. There is a 15/16" spine split at the bottom. There is a 5/16" tear to the right, front edge. There is darkening to the ... moreedges of the outer and inner edges of the covers. There is a strip of sun shadow in the lower, back, edge area. Nothing else terribly wrong here- just these and some light overall handling keeping it at VG. This is a structurally solid comic with great eye appeal! This meat tenderizer is made of heavy cast aluminum. And is in very good condition, and runs great. I cleaned it. But it needs a detailed cleaning before using with meat or food. The blades are in good condition with no broken parts. CRIME DOES NOT PAY# 46(1946 Lev Gleason Publications) Condition: CGC 5.5 Fine Minus Creme to Off-White Pages CGC case has several little innocuous scuffs and scratches. The comic looks fantastic underneath regardless. Seller's Notes: This very attractive glossy CGC 5.5 Fine Minus comic is seldom found in as nice a shape as here. This long running series had many very violent and bloody over the top covers. However, arguably issue# 46 is the most disturbing of its' pre-comic code covers for obvious and not so obvious reasons. The book really presents like a VF comic'but for' the bottom 2 front cover corners, which kept this down in the assigned grade. Mostly written by Charles Biro. The stories in Crime Does Not Pay became known for their lurid detail. Confessional tone, and exceptional, violent artwork. Stationary bar assembly, saw guide bar spring, and slide table bumpers are all new or used very little. Upper and lower wheels do not show much wear. The gauge plate and ratchet arm assembly look fairly new, with little wear. The sliding table and the 8 bearings look fairly new. Both upper and lower doors are in excellent condition. The only part that shows some wear is the saw guide bar. I put a new saw guide bar spring in so the guide bar can be moved up and down. BIRO MODEL 22 MEAT CUTTING BAND SAW TESTED RUNS GOOD
For your bidding pleasure. I just picked up this band saw. It has been tested and is fully functional. There seems to be a piece missing from the saw where the arm raises and lowers from the body but it does not appear to be needed(see pics where I have raised and lowered it) It fits snug. The twist knob that moves the meat holder was broken but has been repaired. It still moves easily and does a very good job. It works fine although not a pretty welding job(see pic) It runs smooth though it is sold as-is and needs cleaned up. Everything is there! All of the moving parts slide very smoothly. Very easy to dismantle and put back together. It comes with about 5 extra blades that are not pictured. These cost about $20 bucks each. BIRO SIR STEAK PRO 9 Meat Tenderizer Cuber Guaranteed Working
I have a used Biro Sir Steak meat tenderizer in working condition. It has a few issues from employee carelessness but still gets the job done. The safety cover was dropped and has to have a strip of tape to hold it in the correct position. Once the tape is there. It works great! Also the Tenderizer wheel was dropped and it bent a few of the blades. We were unable to bend them back in place so we just cut them off with a dremel tool. It fixed the problem and it works great now. I am offering this much cheaper than the $1000-$1500 cost of a used one without these issues.
