This is a 2006 Univex 20 quart floor model mixer. It is in VERY VERY good shape. Almost like new. I have used this to make cookie dough for my bakery. Over the last 7 years, but I have moved onto different things. I am the only person that has ever used this mixer. It has a two bowls, one I bought extra for $175, new. I also bought a cookie dough blade, and it came with a batter paddle, a dough hook, and a whisk. It is variable speed. It has a safety cage. A very useful handy tool for any baker or food producer.
