The Bevel Edge style was the first glass churn manufactured by the Dazey company and was made 1907-1912 and had four sizes, 1,2,3& 4 Quart. NOTICE, each corner of the glass is squared off(beveled) almost like the glass is 8 sided. Embossed(DAZEY CHURN AND MFG. COMPANY) in a half circle with(ST. LOUIS, MO. in a straight line at the bottom of the circle. Embossed number( 20) on the glass bottom. The 16 qt, can be fit into the 20qt to work as a double boiler. This pitcher style is designed for space-saving and can easily be stored in the refrigerator door. This Pitcher is sheer enough to see contents. Great for juice and other beverages. Measurements are about. 7" x 3 1/2" x 8" tall. The pitcher and the seal are in very nice used condition with no cracks. Stains, cuts, melt marks or peeling. Any standard house outlet) This Counter top Hobart 5 QT. mixer came from a cooking school located here in Florida that just recentley closed due to the bad economic times that we are in today. This mixer was NEVER USED COMMERCIALLY it was only used to teach students the art of baking and preparing food and prep of foods. It is very unfortunate that schools like this close. But the times we are in now in Florida is a whole new adventure as florida has not seen times like this and many other cooking schools are closing down just like this due to the times and school funds. This school was part of a special program in the state of Florida it was included in a special funding program for cooking schools. This school only had the best equipment, most of the equipment was better then most of your high end restraunts. This is not the worn out filthy Mixer that you might normally find on Ebay.
