It is crossed out and is marked 120 in pen.i opened the lamp and it still has the original socket with a 600 volt rating so nothing was modified other than they were using 120 input voltage and 120 bulb.the plug on the end isnt a common style outlet plug, it looks like a quick disconnect, probably original but not sure, this could be changed to what you need.it is also rated at 250 volts.you could use the light either way, depending on the voltage you would like to use.i tested it with 120 voltage and it worked fine.there is no bulb included.close to 12" tall from top of bracket to lamp end.close ... moreto 8" wide.it needs a bulb that has a little bit of a stem to it, a flood light bulb fit fine, a regular bulb seemd to be against the reflector inside.
