Corp. in St. Louis Missouri, USA. A sticker on the neck of the device indicates it is intended for a 118 V. 60Hz power source, and draws 0.42 A of current. Uses two 17 in fluorescent bulbs. Which can be activated independently by the red and black switches on the lamp's head. Lamp has a lovely brown felt bottom, in very condition for its age. Features an easily positionable spring loaded swivel arm, maximum height 27 inches. The 12 inch base is counterweighted, with a pencil tray on top. The lamp head is 18 by 4 inches.
