BALDOR GRINDER 712. 1/2 HP 110V 7" RUNS GREAT! This Baldor 712 has been externally refurbished and it runs as good as it looks. Both inner and outer side guards were taken off. Cleaned and repainted as well as the grinder itself. I've put on 2 new wheels, one a Norton 220(left side) and a Cincinnati Milacron 120(right side) These wheels have the adapters in them to run almost any wheel ID up to 1 1/4 ID which are on it now. It came in without eye shields so to make it OSHA approved I've put on new non-Baldor replacements. The cord is perfect. Guys, consider this grinder along with the original stand it came on. It is a repainted unit that is mounted to a pallet, and was marked as a"spare" and we believe it is a rebuilt spare particularly as there are no punch-outs missing in the conduit box, and as it had been repainted, evidencing that it had not been used since rebuilding. It definitely operates on 3phase electric, but it is missing the factory label, so we do not have the factory model, power, horsepower, speed, or ratings. A paper label in the conduit box describes connection for 3phase, DV, 9 Lead grinders or buffers with Manual Start. It does not have a power switch, so we believe it was meant for pedestal mounting. It came from a company that operated their equipment on 208-230 ... more3phase. And was using other 208-230vac 3phase grinders, so we are assuming this one operates on 208-230 3ph as well. Up for your consideration is a Baldor model 210 two speed polishing lathe serial#7/53. It is 1/6 hp. 115 volt, 3450-1725 rpm with a tapered arbor for buffing wheels, and the other side has a 1/4" arbor with a cut-off wheel on it. It has scratches, but functions as it should. Please ask any questions you might have. Make sure to look at the other tools that I currently have listed. I mainly use Fed Ex even though the calculator shows it as UPS. The price will remain the same. I get far better service from them than UPS.

This unit runs great and very quiet. Except for the loud dust collector. Setup for wheels are Lh side for ferris metals rh side for aluminum. Dust collector is on its own inline switch. Grinder and lights on front switch. And included is a new dust collector bag. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY very heavy but can be disasembled and carried in a big car trunk. I am guessing about 300 pounds total.
