Yawman Erbe vintage metal legal size file cabinet heavy duty for hanging files
This vintage four drawer. Heavy-duty, metal, legal sized file cabinet was made by Yawman Erbe manufacturing in Rochester, N.Y. in the 1950's. It stands 50.5" high, is 18" wide and 28" deep. it has a few bumps and scratches, but is in otherwise excellent condition. It is made to hold hanging files. It is missing the long screw-in pin for the bottom drawer. I'm not sure what that is used for anyway. It is too large and heavy for UPS so you must pick it up or make your own arrangements for truck freight pick up and delivery. It iweighs approximately 160 pounds.

FANTASTIC 35 DRAWER VINTAGE METAL FILE CABINET WITH BRASS PULLS GREAT CONDITION
This is about as cool as a vintage file cabinet comes. The pictures don't really do it justice. It has 35 drawers all with brass pulls( some are painted over) and the drawer is pat. for what seems to be 1918 but it is most likely a bit later. The weight and construction of this piece is about as good as it gets even with the drawers all out it must weigh a few hundred pounds. Each drawer works and slides fine. There is a tag on the top of the maker which says Metwood Wood Office Equipment New York. The size overall is 55" tall by 25" wide and 25" deep. This could be stripped as there are no rust problems or left in the industry green. I think this cabinety is about as good as they get for that period both quality construction and overall look. Vintage mid-century metal flat file cabinet 11 drawer Use as tool chest/box?
Vintage metal flat file with 11 drawers. Measures approximately 26"D x 27"W x 40" tall. With 3" tall drawers. This was used as a storage cabinet for auto gaskets and wiring, and was repainted once or twice by the previous owner(who bought it new in about 1961 I believe) It isn't greasy or dirty and has a cool industrial look about it. Drawers slide smoothly and don't jam but occasionally you have to slightly lift up when closing so the drawer face doesn't rub the one below it. Handles are brushed aluminum finish under the paint, and the top right handle is slightly loose. Cabinet weighs about 100-150lbs and one person can move it with a dolly or cart. Overall, this is a neat piece in a hard to find size, and would be fun to use as is or to restore in your choice of colors. Vintage solid metal file box - portable file card cabinet
Nice solid metal file box. No identifying marks or tags on it anywhere so not sure of the manufacturer. Outside dimensions are 13" long by 8 1/2" wide and 6" high. Top is hinged at the back and has 2 supports to lock it open. There is a locking adjustable sliding tab on the inside. Also made of metal. Inside dimensions are nearly the same as the outside, other than a slight lip around the top for the lid to nest in. No major damage to this piece. Minor surface scratches on all sides evidence of normal wear and tear. Slight little brown spots look like surface rust that could be rubbed off when cleaning. No dents, dings, or damage. Overall measurements of this file cabinet are 30 1/2" tall x 10" to back x 12 1/4 across. The top section is 7 1/2" deep plus 2 1/2" inside top. Each of the two drawers are 10" x 11" x 2 1/2" deep. If more measurements are needed please ask but it is quite standard size. There are no keys to it but the doors all will shut without. A bit rusty inside that can always be covered if it doesn't come out and a scratch down the center of the back from rubbing against another object in the room.
