Vintage 2 Drawer Steelmaster Card File Cabinet Good Condition + free bonus cards. This amazing vintage 2 Drawer Steelmaster Card File Cabinet is in good vintage condition. Considering its age! The cool vintage faceplate has a globe. Steelmaster in a cool old font, and then Art Steel Co, Inc. New York, U.S.A. The handles are a little rusted. But I'm sure they would clean up with a little elbow grease. There are a few minor marks and scratches from from normal use. Measures 12 1/4" wide. 16" deep not including handles, 5" tall. Heavy duty- weighs 9 pounds 12 ounces by itself! They just don't make them like them used to! I am including 2 alphabet index cards- one is paper has a Mc but no M. Two side hanging file drawers and a door on the right with three shelves inside. This Steelmaster cabinet measures 33-1/4 inches tall. 27 inches wide, 16 inches deep. An original Steelmaster tag is located front and center. The name Steelmaster is also etched into the metal of the top two drawer pulls on the index card drawers. This cabinet is steel grey in color with silver metal handles and index frames. It has some surface rust and a couple small dents. The handle for the door is missing. But it could also be used for smaller cards. The drawers slide out fairly easy; one is a little harder than the other one. There is a dent in the front of one of the drawers and there could some general dings in this set. The drawers lock together when you stack them. The outer cabinet measures 16 1/8 inches long, 7 3/8 inches wide, and 6 1/4 inches tall. The inner tray is 15 3/4 inches long, the sides are 2 1/4 inches tall, and it is 6 1/8 from inside to inside. Very nice Steelmaster index card cabinet. Stackable. Missing Key and somebody cut the lock off as pictured. Minor surface. Fits the 8x5 index cards. A little goof off and the front stickers will come right off. Measures 16 inches long by 9 1/2 inches wide and 7 1/4 inches tall. Still needs some cleaning. I just wiped it down with a damp cloth as you can see in pics some of the damp areas.

UP FOR AUCTION M etal 2 drawer Cabinet I think it's called a card catalog. Not sure you can be the judge. It has two sliding dividers and the drawers work well. I'm not sure if it's a steelmaster it is not marked, but it may be missing, not sure. Both drawers have metal handles with a place to insert a label. The cabinet is in good used condition, it has many scratches on the top, some scratches on front and sides, may have a ding here or there, and on one side has a flaw a little rust spot and or oxidation, see pictures. The cabinet measures approx. 20 3/4" wide x 16 1/8" deep x 8 1/8" tall and weighs almost 17 pounds. The bottom has four holes on the edges. Not sure what they were for, see pictures. It has been used so it shows a little wear, light scuff marks and various rusty areas including the handles and surface areas, but it is in really good shape as can be viewed in the photos. Up for sale is a great vintage piece of office equipment- a Steelmaster single filing cabinet drawer or index/card holder. This measures about 16 inches long by 6 inches wide. It also comes with two sets of vintage Globe Wernicke card dividers numbered 3255. Both sets of complete. And one is even in the original plastic wrap. In terms of condition. This is very good overall. There is some wear to the metal. But overall it looks good. The drawer slides easily. And all of the non-skid feet on the bottom are intact. The'Steelmaster. Steel Art' logo on the front is bright and clear. The alphabetical index cards inside are complete. I've tried to include detailed pictures. So please refer to them and judge this for yourself.
