You are bidding on a Plan Hold rolling blueprint rack complete with swing arms and clamps. Holder has space for 12 swing arms and all 12 are included. Clamps are normally sold separately. But I am including(4) 36” long ones and(6) 30” long ones, for a total of 10. Clamps are in working condition, but both the clamps and swing arms need to be cleaned. They have minor surface rust and wear thanks to the lovely Florida humidity. This mobile blueprint rack is used. But looks good overall. The stand is a nice neutral gray color.
