Two Vintage Gray Metal 2 Drawer 6 x 9 Card File Catalogs Awesome Steampunk or Loft Storage! These two cabinets are in great shape. They have a few minor scratches, but nothing major. No dents, no rust. Handles are tight and in good shape. Drawers work easily. Sliding backstops work great too! Each one measures 20-1/2" wide x 16-1/4" deep x 8-1/4" high. Good size drawers made to hold 6 x 9 cards. They are made to stack together with the tab that keeps them there! I wiped off the outsides. But the whole thing could use a good bath. The perfect size for a desktop at 18.75" wide. 7.25" high and 16" wide, this great industrial vintage unit has two drawers that pull out with vintage aluminum handles(note that there's space for you to put your retro typewritten labels! UP FOR AUCTION M etal 2 drawer Cabinet I think it's called a card catalog. Not sure you can be the judge. It has two sliding dividers and the drawers work well. I'm not sure if it's a steelmaster it is not marked, but it may be missing, not sure. Both drawers have metal handles with a place to insert a label. The cabinet is in good used condition, it has many scratches on the top, some scratches on front and sides, may have a ding here or there, and on one side has a flaw a little rust spot and or oxidation, see pictures. The cabinet measures approx. 20 3/4" wide x 16 1/8" deep x 8 1/8" tall and weighs almost 17 pounds. The bottom has four holes on the edges. Not sure what they were for, see pictures. Vtg Industrial 2 Drawer Gray Metal Filing Cabinet / Card Catalog / Cole Steel
Up for auction is a desk top filing cabinet manufactured by Cole Steel. Which is perfect for 3" x 5" cards or legal size envelopes placed in it lengthwise. It is in very good shape with light scratches, rub marks, stains and the like which one would expect with something this old coming out of an industrial environment. There is no dents and 99.9% rust free! I believe all these cabinets had 4 small hard rubber supports(feet) that would keep the cabinet from resting directly on a desk or counter top when first produced. It you look at the picture of the bottom, you will notice these are missing. It measures approx. 12-3/4" across the front. 16" deep, and slightly less than 5-1/4" high. If you have any questions.
