For sale is a like new Massey Ferguson hay baler. It is a Hesston 1839. It was bought new in 2010 and only used for two years. It is the largest model of the small bale balers. It has the large flotation tires with the widest pickup available. It is equipped with the hydraulic pickup function. The hydraulic bale tensioner and a wagon hitch. The serial number is AGCM18390AHBS3400. No longer baling wheat straw. Baler must be picked up, and or inspected at 10256 Highway 156, Guild, TN, which is near Chattanooga, TN. A deposit of $500.00 must be paid by PayPal at end of auction and balance paid by cash or a certified, verifiable bank check when baler is picked up. 2 OLD IH IRON HAY BALER KNOTTERS FARM SMALL TWINE SQUARE BALES
THIS SET OF HEAVY IRON PINS THAT HAVE ME STUMPED. NOT SURE WHAT THEY GO TO. THEY ARE MARKED BUT CAN NOT READ IT CLEAR ENOUGH TO SAY. SO CRAZY OLD ME TOOK THESE TO A LOCAL NURSING HOME WITH A LOT OF OLDER FARMERS. THEY TOLD ME RIGHT AWAY WHAT THEY WERE. THEY CALLED THEM" KNOTTERS" THAT CAME OUT OF A VERY OLD HAY BALER. TOLD ME THEY WERE GREAT WHEN THEY WERE WORKING BUT IF THEY GOT TANGLED UP, YOUR BALER WAS DOWN FOR A COUPLE HOURS WHILE YOU GOT THE MESS UNTANGLED. BEFORE KNOTTERS 2 PEOPLE HAD TO BE BACK THERE TYING THE BALES OF HAY BY HAND. THESE ARE IN GREAT SHAPE THEY SAID AND VERY OLD AND LOOKED LIKE INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER ONES. THIS IS THE FIRST ONE OF THESE I HAVE EVER SEEN AND I HAVE BEEN AROUND A LOT OF BALERS IN MY TIME. WHEN WE NEED HELP GOING TO A GOOD SOURCE WORKS EVERYTIME. THE STORIES I HEARD ABOUT HAY BALES WAS AWESOME ... moreAND ONES I WILL REMEMBER TOO! SIZE IS 4 1/4 LONG x TOP PART IS 2 INCHES ACROSS. AND THE DOWEL PART IS 3/4 INCH WIDE.
