2007 Kubota U35 Excavator 422 hours. We bought this excavator new here in Phoenix for trenching aps lines from the side walk to the electrical box on new tract homes. We used it about 15 times and always greased it. It has a recent oil change. New fuel filter and hydraulic filter. There is one 1.5 ft split in one of the tracks just on the surface rubber that does not effect operation. Also the seat has surface cracks. This is an awesome machine, when I operate it I am blown away by how good it digs! We hate to sell it but, we just don't use it enough. Comes with 2 buckets with near new teeth. Machine is at our yard in North Phoenix, private sale no sales tax. Serious bidders only, low feedback email first. Money order or cash at time of pickup, 1500.00 dollar deposit within 48 hours.
