There are no aluminum bath beads in it, so we removed the thermometer and held it evenly against the inner sidewall. It easily pegged out. We will guarantee the proper functioning of this unit. Overall, there are signs of use but nothing major. The spring hoist works perfectly. The white silicone tubing is fine. Needle valves, luers, and washers are all in great shape. Springs are all fine. Tubes are all fine. The only thing we noticed is that 4 nylon nuts that go on the bottoms of 4 different tube fitting are missing, but those are easily replaceable.
