This auction is for a Delta Unisaw in excellent working condition. I estimate it is from the'40's or early 50's from the Milwaukee. WI manufacturing location on the plate. Included is a Biesemeyer fence with rails that read to 53" and the extension table has a router attachment plate. The motor is Delta's 1 1/2 HP, three phase"bullet" motor. If you are interested but don't have three phase you can add a to run it off single phase. The goose-egg motor cover and dust door are original and it you get the splitter/guard with anti-kickback prawls. And blade changing wrench. You will need to provide a power cord. This saw has spent it's life in a university machine shop used only by staff(not students) where they machined parts for the engineering students. The serial number plate is missing. 52" Biesemeyer Rip Fence System
I have had everything media stripped and repainted. I have installed new Rip Fence side guides. Bought a NEW measurement cursor. Plastic endcaps and new stickers. All you need to do is mount the guide tube on your tablesaw and apply the new self-adhesive tape measure. Dont forget to wax it for protection. This came off of a Delta Unisaw, but the array of mounting holes will allow mounting to most all brands of Tablesaws on the market today. I do not include the mounting bolts, you can get those from your local hardware store. I am listing this for local pickup. I dont know how to ship something this large. Up for bid is a very nice Delta Rockwell 10" Unisaw table saw with Biesemeyer T-Square& Blade Guard Fence system. It also comes with an out feed table. But unfortunatley a corner broke off when we moved it. A new piece of material should not be hard to replace. The Biesemeyer blade guard has a flashing light on the arm when the saw is on. The saw is 3 phase, 3HP, 208-230/460 volt and 3450 rpm. It also has a section of hose that connect to your dust collection system. There is also an emergency foot kill switch made by Hercules. I have owned this saw for over 30 years it is an excellent saw that was manufactured under the product name of Darra James. The Darra James table saws were very well made. Heavy duty, and accurate. They are sought after by those that know the machine. For the first few years that I owned the saw it was dedicated to cutting dado's in our 4 man cabinet shop. Latter we made a jig for it to for jointing stacks of veneers to straiten the edges before going into the veneer press. As time went by we bought other equipment specifically for cutting veneers and retired the saw. It has been stored in our facility in a clean heated dry space for the past 20 years. I am also including the blades that we used with the saw because the arbor which is 3/4" does not match any of the other saws in our shop. All blades are very good condition. To purchase ... morethe blades alone would cost more than $500.00. The table saw has a 5 H.P. motor and is 3 phase. It has a Biesemeyer t-Square fence. The Saw Table measures 32 ¼" x 42. Biesemeyer Table Saw Fence, Bolt-on, 52" tube, Used
Used. Selling as is. The fence is still fully functional. No dents or bends in the rails and guide tube. The laminate sides of the fence are used but are solid. Tube: 82” long with 53.5” tape has some surface rust. Most will clean off. Front rail is 72” long with many countersunk mounting holes. Paint is worn off where the head rested on it. I must have done a lot of thin rips over the years. See picture. Some surface rust on that area most will clean off. Rear rail is 72” long with many countersunk mounting holes. With two slots that I cut to accommodate the runners on my sled. Scratches’ and surface rust most will clean off. The head is in good shape and very functional. There are a some nicks in the black plastic on top does not interfere with the function of the fence. Still has the curser. Comes with the owners manual.

I am moving and will not have 3 phase power at my new location. I also do not need a saw this large for the type of work I typically do. This is a early 1950's vintage saw with a bullet style 3hp motor. The custom cart is heavy duty steel and supports a 34" rip to the right. Includes a biesemeyer fence and overhead guard. This saw also features a Wixey digital read out which makes high precision cutting possible and easy. Also features a Starrett metric/ inch steel tape mounted to the biesemeyer fence assembly. The saw features a 3hp bullet motor. Could be converted to single phase by changing motor. It includes a Freud 10 inch blade that is in fair condition. The blade was tilted with the zero clearance insert installed and it bent a couple of the teeth before I realized what was happening. 1996 10" Tilting Arbor Unisaw 220v Excellent Condition W/Biesemeyer Fence
This is a very nice Unisaw. When I purchased it. Eight years ago, the top had a slight bit of oxidation. I removed the top and had it re-surfaced by a professional machine shop in North Portland. Biesemeyer fence is in excellent condition. I checked the blade wobble with the gauge and it has no wobble. I used it complete the finish carpentry on our home- very little use. The machine comes with dust cover over motor. No splitter or blade guard. Local pickup only.
