25' Gooseneck Logging Trailer With Log Grapple
25' gooseneck logging trailer with a HIAB 8.000lb knuckle boom crane and log grapple. The trailer is 25' deck and has a GVW of 14,000lbs. It has dual 12,000lb jacks on the front of the trailer. Also has dual double door tool box on each side of the trailer. Tires and spare tire are still in good shape. The trailer also as a 5' dove tail that can be raised to make it a completely flat deck. The HIAB knuckle boom crane is self contained unit with a 16 horse Briggs motor and PTO pump. The crane has one hydraulic telescopic extension. The crane also has a set of new led work lights for night work. The grapple is fully hydraulic with new hoses and two new hydraulic cylinders to open and close. Here is a manual for the operation and maintenance of the Fabtek FT 546B Forwarder. A 15-ton and 6-wheel drive machine. Manual comes in original binder, along with some sheets inserted in the front pocket. In used condition, with some modest signs of wear, occasional small stain, a few page have handwritten notes on them, a bit of rusting on the metal rings and clasps of the binder, some light dustiness from having been in a garage, but still decently very good condition overall. The logo stamped on the ends of arms is either HM Co. or MH Co. Also stamped Copyright 1884 and Decimal Cord Measure. For calculating board feet in a log up to about 2-1/2 feet diameter. Numbered scales on both sides and top of main beam. 33" overall length. Jaws are 15-1/2" much of the original finish remains, no damage.
