Here, I have dropped in an SC-cut 106.528 MHz XTAL. The cavity oscillator is phase locked to the X16 harmonic of the crystal or 1704.45 MHz. The multiplier block/filter is X6, and the 10.227 GHz output is 10 dBm. Multiplication factor is X96. With the appropriate crystal(106.5 MHz) this brick can be made into a 10.224 GHz LO for 10.368 GHz: and if you have a microwave spectrum analyzer, you can remove the multiplier block, rotate it 180 degrees, clamp it in place( I use multiple large rubber bands) and retune its output filter to obtain 16 dBm power at 10.224 GHz for your 10.368 LO. This is a new old stock Motorola\ Narda West microwave oscillator. With the part number 52-P01413Y/F, DRO 53-03. It operates on 5 Vdc, and has an adjustable RF output from 5.4 to 5.9 GHz. The output connector is a female SMA type. The oscillator frequency adjustment has the original factory lacquer seal intact. Unfortunately, I do not have a frequency counter capable of measuring high enough to measure the particular output frequency, or RF output level. I also do not know the output impedance either. However, the device is in proper working order, according to my father's engineering notes. I believe this unit was used either in a signal generator or as a LO in either a receiver, transceiver, or transmitter.
