It has the normal slight scratches and scrapes from use. But no major dents or damage. No damage that would affect usability. We were able to hook it up to 220V 3Ph and it powered on fine. The fan ran and we let it run for about 30 minutes and it ran fine. We then arc welded about half a stick and it welded very well. My mechanic said it welds better than most welders he has used. Clean and properly operating constant current DC power supply capable of supplying up to 250 mA of current at voltages ranging to 100 Volts. The output is extremely well regulated and free of ripple, so that with a suitable termination, it also makes a very stable voltage reference. It is shown in the first photo at maximum output current with the voltage reduced just enough to trigger voltage induced limiting- hence the LIMIT light. From the 6181C manual: This supply is designed for applications requiring a constant current source with a high degree of regulation and stability and very low ripple characteristics.
