Cream, and a faint pink stripe down it's side. It's bottom is stamped Japan. The cloth tape measure is clearly marked Japan as well. This appears to have had little use as the tape is tight and retracts quickly and tightly. I'm guessing this from around the 1930-1940s, but I'm really not sure. I've taken pictures without a flash so that the lettering is not washed out. The colors are nice and bright. VINTAGE CELLULOID FISH MEASURING TAPE, UNKNOWN MAKER, JAPAN
Vintage celluloid fish measuring tape. This item is a gray and ivory color fish with a curved body. Out of the mouth of the fish is a small metal piece. When this piece is pulled, out comes a fabric measuring tape marked JAPAN. This marking may indicate that this piece is from shortly after WWII. On one side of the fish there is what appears to be colorful paint in red and yellow that may have identified the maker of this piece. Unfortunately most of this mark has been worn away. The fish measures approximately 4 ½ inches long and 1 ½ inches tall at its tallest point.

Heritage 640 Power Snake Fish Tape Plumber Reel Unit Unclog Pipe Plumbing
I don't know much about this unit and will describe it as best as possible. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to let me know. Up for auction is a heritage 640 power snake unit. The unit is powered by an electric motor which is powers a reel for the fish tape. A 1/3 hp Dayton motor runs the unit. The belt is in excellent condition. The black pipe where the fish tape goes through swings independently of the fish tape reel. There are two rubber stoppers which power the reel off of the pulley. The fish tape reel will move several inches back-and-forth till it hits the stoppers. There is an electrical outlet out into the unit to power other machinery or tools. As a set of caster wheels on the back to wheel the unit around. Thanks Posted with

It has the same set up as a fishing reel.but I am not sure what this was used for.help if you can identify this item. made mostly of aluminum.and measures 8" across and is 1-1/8" thick.two wood handles with a brass adjustment cap in the center.loaded with what looks like 24 gauge steel wire.no maker's name anywhere that I can see.I will ship in the U.S. for $8.00.thanks for looking
