Eleven screwdrivers with shaped wooden handles as seen in the picture. There are seven flat bladed ones. And 4 Philips-head drivers. Two of the screwdrivers have been repaired with Araldite or similar where the blade enters the handle(counting from the right, they are the first and fifth in the picture, not counting the long one across the top! The longest one is 46 cms from the tip of the blade to the top of the handle. This is one of several items I am listing. Estate sale find. Up for auction is a set of 3 Stanley Bell System Screwdrivers. As you can see from the photos. Each of these screwdrivers is used. The largest driver measures approximately 11 3/4" and has a 1/2" blade. There is patina on the steel and some minor pitting near the tip. The other two drivers are approximately 7 3/8" long. One driver has a 1/8" blade and the other is 3/16" The handles are firmly attached and they are free from obvious signs of abuse. I have lightly cleaned each of these tools to show them the care the deserve. The Bell System tools were manufactured by Stanley and they were the tools of choice for the Ma Bell Linemen. Set of 7 Cabinet Makers Screwdrivers
Set of 7 English Pattern Cabinet Maker's Screwdrivers. This is an older set of screwdrivers that appears to be unused. The set includes a 2.3,4,5,6,8,and 10" driver. There are a few scuffs and dings from handling, and very minor surface rust(pic 3) There is a chip in the handle of the 10" driver(see pic 4) The 6" driver is etched with the"Enggtools" logo. But none of the others have any markings or labels. I am not sure if all of these are the same brand, but the wood and constructions of the set look identical.
